LiveWello suits people who enjoy exploring their data themselves, asking questions in a chat and building their own gene lists, and who are happy to subscribe for that. NutraHacker suits people who want a clear answer to a specific question, such as methylation, nutrition, histamine or drug response, without an ongoing fee.

What the free NutraHacker report covers

The Detoxification and Methylation Report looks at 58 SNPs in genes such as MTHFR, COMT, MTR, MTRR and CBS. For each one you see your genotype, what the gene does, what your variant means, how common it is, and possible mitigation strategies. Read more about the most-asked-about one in our MTHFR gene guide.

If you want more, the Complete Mutation Nutrition Report ($37 one time) covers vitamins, nutrients and supplements, and other one-time reports cover histamine, skincare, carrier status and drug response, depression, fitness and more.

How to switch

  1. Use the raw data file you gave LiveWello, or download it again: 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage.
  2. Unzip it if needed and upload the .txt or .csv file. It takes about 3 minutes.
  3. Open your free reports in the Report Center.
