What file formats does NutraHacker accept for DNA upload?

NutraHacker accepts raw DNA data files in .txt and .csv format, up to 150 MB, from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, tellmeGen and other providers, in either GRCh37 (hg19) or GRCh38 (hg38). Files from providers not listed by name need at least 100,000 SNPs. For Whole Genome Sequencing data, we accept BAM and CRAM formats.

How long does it take to process my DNA data?

Microarray data (23andMe, AncestryDNA, etc.) is processed within minutes. You'll receive your free Detox and Superhuman reports right away. WGS data processing may take longer depending on file size.

Is my DNA data secure when I upload it?

Yes. Your DNA data is transmitted securely and stored on AWS infrastructure. NutraHacker never sells or shares your raw genetic data with third parties.

Files from other providers (such as Atlas.ru, SelfDecode, Omnos, StrateGene, Toolbox Genomics or 3X4 Genetics) are accepted too, if they have at least 100,000 SNPs. GRCh37 (hg19) and GRCh38 (hg38) files are both accepted; the build is detected automatically.
