NutraHacker uses BEAGLE to phase and impute unobserved genotypes to expand your raw DNA data from 23andMe, Ancestry, tellmeGen or MyHeritage from roughly 600k SNPs to give you approximately 30 million SNPs. This computation and expansion of your raw DNA data is done for FREE and the calculation only starts upon completion of the short conditions questionnaire presented after uploading your raw DNA data file.
Haplotype phasing is a prerequisite for imputation and estimates the sequence of alleles inherited from an individual's parent.
Only chromosomes 1-22 and X are imputed.
The result file is roughly 350MB compressed and expands to approximately 5GB.
