Pricing questions
How much does the NutraHacker methylation report cost?
The Detoxification and Methylation Report is free with every raw DNA upload. The full Complete Mutation Nutrition Report, which covers methylation in more depth along with vitamins, detox, cholesterol and mental health genes, costs $37 once.
Is it a one-time payment or a subscription?
Every report is a one-time payment with lifetime access to that report. The only subscription is the WGS True Detox and PGx Panel at $300 a year, which includes ongoing updates to the panel.
What do I need before I can buy a report?
Raw DNA data from a test you already took: 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, tellmeGen and other microarray tests for most reports, or a 30x+ whole genome sequencing BAM or CRAM file for the WGS reports. Upload it first; the free reports are ready right after, and paid reports are added to the same account.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe in the NutraHacker store, or by Zelle. Prices are in US dollars.
Can I get a refund?
If you feel that your personalized report contains errors, please contact sales at nutrahacker dot com with your inquiry and if deemed appropriate we will issue you another report at no charge. In general we have a no refund policy due to the digital nature of the service we offer.
Is uploading my DNA data free?
Yes. Uploading, the Detoxification and Methylation Report, imputation and the Superhuman report cost nothing, and there is no obligation to buy anything else.
