After logging in to your Nebula account, follow the steps below to obtain the download link you need for uploading your raw WGS data to NutraHacker.
Step 1: Left-click on the circular button with an arrow in it to view your Nebula results
Step 2: Left-click on the "Download Your Data" button in the upper right hand corner
Step 3: Right-click on the "Download" button placed below the header titled "CRAM"
Step 4: Left-click on "Copy link" to copy the link you need to download your raw WGS data. This is the same link you need to upload your Nebula WGS data to NutraHacker.
The format of the link is roughly as follows: "https://nebula-g42-prod.s3.amazonaws.com/NGXXXXXX/NGXXXXX.mm2.sortdup.bqsr.cram?AWSAccessKeyId=XXXXXXXXX&Expires=1688471495&Signature=LKSSXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX%3D&response-content-type=binary%2Foctet-stream".
